All over print products are printed and then sewn together at our partner facility. This process takes 3-5 days, after which the product is shipped out. Delivery time depends on your location, but it's usually another 3-5 business days.

I love this zip-up hoodie. It's of great quality and very comfortable. I also want to take a moment to share how great Sunburst's customer service is. The first hoodie I received had a very minor misprint error. It was small enough that I reached out to share what was wrong (white smudged along the zipper line), and I said I didn't want to return it, but wanted to know what product I should use to get rid of the white. Paula, the owner, immediately turned around, got another hoodie on order for me, and told me I could keep the misprint. I just received my replacement yesterday, and it's flawless. This company truly means it when they say they want 100% customer satisfaction. I've corresponded several times with Paula, and I genuinely feel like I am talking with a friend.
I have other shirts of this label and they're hold up. The print looks good. I haven't washed it, as it is a gift, but I'm happy with the product, shipping was timely and they sent updates as well.

My husband is playing an axolotl barbarian in our d&d campaign, so when I saw this, I knew he would love it. Sizing is accurate, looks just like the picture , and arrives quicker than anticipated.
