Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange or refund for any reason. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the order number. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is defective (or the incorrect item) we don't require you to return it, we just need some clear photos showing the defect so that we can share them with our printing partner. Let us know if you'd like a refund or a reprint of the original product.

Returning Due to Buyers Remorse or Changing Size

We can also accept a return or exchange if you'd like a different size or just changed your mind about the item for whatever reason, you just need to pay for return shipping to our U.S. address. You need to start the return within 30 days of receipt and the item must be in its original condition.

Starting a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sunburstrpg.com and include your order number and reason for return or just log into your account and start a self-serve return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products (such as greeting cards), or  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at designs@sunburstweb.com.

Cancellations

You can cancel your item if it has not yet shipped. Contact us at support@sunburstrpg.com or just log into your customer account and start a self-serve cancellation.
