Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after your order arrives to ask for a return. Items need to be in the same condition you received them, and you'll need your order number.

Spotted a mistake in your order?

If your size or address is wrong, reply to your order confirmation email right away. If you let us know within 24 hours of ordering, we'll fix it for free.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. You don't need to send it back. Just send us two clear photos: one of the whole item with the design showing, and one close-up of the problem. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Ordered the wrong size?

Everything is printed just for you when you order, so we can't swap sizes for free once an order has shipped. You have two options:

  • Send it back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to our U.S. address is at your own cost, and we'll refund the item once it arrives. You're welcome to place a new order for the size you need.
  • Keep it, and we'll send you a one-time code for 30% off your next order.

If you're outside the U.S., return postage can cost more than it's worth, so the code is usually the easier choice.

Changed your mind?

You can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to our U.S. address is at your own cost, and we'll refund the item once it arrives.

Starting a return

Email support@sunburstrpg.com with your order number and the reason, or log into your account and start a return there. Returns go to:

Please wait until we've approved your return before sending anything, because packages sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.

Items we can't take back

Digital products, and custom items such as special orders or personalized pieces. Get in touch if you're not sure about your item.

Refunds

We'll let you know when your return arrives and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to show it. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email support@sunburstrpg.com.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Your order goes to the printer soon after, so we can't cancel it after that. To cancel, email support@sunburstrpg.com or cancel it from your account.
