Christmas cutoff
December 12 is the last day to order for Christmas delivery.
When will I get my order?
It usually takes 2 to 5 days to print your order, after which it ships. Shipping time depends on where you are:
- USA: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: 6 to 8 business days
- UK: 2 to 5 business days
- Canada: 4 to 8 business days
- Everywhere else: 10 to 20 business days
If you need your order by a certain date, please order at least 2-3 weeks ahead.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, and your order is printed at the facility closest to your address.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
In most cases, no. We do our best to have your order printed in your own country, or within the EU for orders to EU countries, so it doesn't cross a customs border on the way to you. Once in a while an order has to be printed in a neighboring country, and in that case your local customs office may charge duties or taxes. Those fees are set by customs and are not in our control.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please:
- Check your order confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Check with roommates or neighbors in case the carrier left it with them
- Check with your apartment office, if you live in an apartment
- Wait 24 hours, because a package is sometimes marked as delivered early and arrives the next day
If the address was correct and the package isn't at the post office or with a neighbor, email support@sunburstrpg.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
If you find a mistake in the delivery address, let us know. We can't replace a package lost to an address mistake for free, but we'll send you a one-time code for 50% off a new order.
